The District Membership Committee supports clubs in building strong, dynamic, and sustainable membership bases. The committee provides guidance on attracting new members and enhancing member engagement and retention, monitors membership goals, organizes membership-related training, and facilitates the sharing of successful practices among clubs. It also supports the formation of new clubs, encourages the involvement of young professionals in Rotary, and analyzes membership trends to provide recommendations to district leadership.
