First of all, congratulations on your election as Secretary and Treasurer.

Secretaries and Treasurers play a vital role in ensuring that our clubs operate in an organized, transparent and sustainable manner. Both roles strengthen the club's institutional memory, support its day-to-day operations and provide essential support to the leadership team.

For Secretaries:

Ensuring the smooth running of meetings and administrative processes, managing correspondence, keeping membership records up-to-date, accurately recording decisions and maintaining effective communication within the club.

For Treasurers:
Managing the club's finances responsibly, tracking income and expenses, planning budgets, overseeing dues processes, completing reports on time and ensuring financial transparency.

Remember: strong clubs grow when presidents, secretaries and treasurers work together harmoniously as a single team.
