The DEI Committee promotes diversity, equitable opportunities, and an inclusive club culture throughout Rotary. The committee encourages representation from diverse age groups, genders, professions, cultures, and backgrounds, supports initiatives that foster a sense of belonging among members, and helps clubs develop inclusive membership practices. In addition, it organizes awareness-building activities that reinforce Rotary’s commitment to fellowship and mutual respect.
