The District Young Professionals and Women Membership Development Committee works to increase the representation of young professionals and women in Rotary, support their leadership development, and encourage clubs to build more diverse and inclusive membership bases. The committee develops strategies to attract young professionals and women to Rotary, supports mentoring and leadership development programs, works to reduce barriers to membership, and promotes the sharing of successful practices among clubs.
